Our international programs at a glance:

We offer two comprehensive graduate programs in many countries. Our Junior Managers Program paves the way for a management career path in one of nine possible areas, from controlling to manufacturing to computer technology or sales. During the program, you complete four to six assignments in your chosen functional area, including one assignment abroad.

Our Graduate Specialist Program prepares you for challenges as an expert in your field. You can choose from among seven areas, from purchasing to research and development. You will complete four to six assignments in this program, too, and get to know the company and your functional area inside and out.
