Your contribution to something big

  • Responsible for providing operational, administer and monitor support for Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP) systems in Asia Pacific and another regions ( Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA), North and Latin America)
  • Support project/activity in SAP Support Package/Enhancement Package upgrade, Database Upgrade and migration from design, testing, go live to post-production support
  • Perform troubleshooting in case of incidents and ensure a fast resolution
  • Provide an excellent level of Operational service for SAP System
  • Support and work closely with international team for global roll-out project
  • Develop and maintain SAP technical documentation
  • Creation of Scripts, Dashboards, Interfaces and other tools to automate regular tasks
  • Work closely with other infrastructure service owner, technical operations team and application team to ensure
  • Delivery of SAP services within the Service Level Agreement (SLA's) and performance targets

What distinguishes you

  • Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years' experience in SAP technology Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) and JAVA AS)
  • Exposure in SAP Business Objects and High Performance Analytic Appliance (4th generation) of SAP (SAP HANA) as well as SAP certification would be advantageous
  • Knowledge / Experience in Web Frontend, Scripting, Developments, Data Analytics would be nice to have
  • Ability to adapt to changing job requirements will be highly appreciated
  • Excellent technical documentation, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Familiar with IT Service Management tool (Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management and Asset Management) based on Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) methodology
  • Strong service-oriented, analytical, problem solving skills, high sense of ownership of problem and request assigned
  • High initiative, team player, target-oriented, able to work independently and work well in diversity environment
  • Willing to travel, posted in other regional data center and on-call duty support (24x7)
  • Good communication proficiency
