Your contribution to something big

  • Responsible for key account/customer management including acquisition of new business, price negotiations, offer management, etc
  • Implementation of Customer World Wide (CWW) growth strategy in region and customers
  • Contribute to worldwide and regional initiative concerning studying of new industries or introduction of new product
  • Identify and participate in fair & exhibitions to gain new business leads, competitors' information and relevant knowledge on market trends
  • Achieve yearly target and profitability achievements assigned to the customers under his/her responsibilities
  • Implement price change rate strategy and price corridors, Margin Class analysis including Phase In- Phase Out (PIPO) management
  • Responsible for the monthly overview of Key Performance Indicators: Turnover, Profitability, Price change rate, CAP's bridge and Object Measurement (OM) tool update
  • Pro-actively identify potential deviations and propose countermeasures to overcome difference
  • Ensure the monthly update of Customer Acquisition Projects list with reliability, consistency and completeness
  • Manage quotations and yearly customers contracting process in accordance to company's policy

What distinguishes you

  • Engineering or Business Engineering degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Business-to-Business (B2B) / Industrial Sales / Business Development
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Market and customer oriented
  • Proactive and demonstrates initiative to identify new focus business segments and acquire customers in the region
  • Ability to adapt to new and challenging industries / business models / customers
  • Result and profit oriented
  • Strong numeracy skills (commercial calculations)
  • Ability to operate independently and deliver results with minimal supervision
  • Define growth strategies for the region and backs up strategies with market data facts and figures
  • Lead and rally regional team to execute global strategies, team vision and key growth initiative
  • Ability to manage by influence (indirect target responsibility in the region)
  • Collect the requirements of the market / team and secure support function / management support and buy-in

  • Pro-active communication and shares knowledge effectively and openly

  • Good understanding of technical products of electric / electronic nature (motors, sensors)

  • Basic SAP knowledge and Power BI
