Your contribution to something big

  • Purchase order execution including supply exceptions management (Reschedule in/out or cancellation) from vendor or Area Distribution Center to Local Distribution Center or external customers in the demand country
  • Perform inventory source planning and performance management including delivery escalation and bottleneck management for vendors located in ASEAN
  • Collaborate with demand planner to perform supply validation by aligning country demand with production and supply capabilities, in order to identify potential supply gap. In case of constrained of demand, to provide feasible alternative (delivery recovery plan)
  • Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP) IDOC Monitoring including timely processing of errors
  • Cross functional collaboration in executing of Product Phase in and Phase Out Process
  • Provides estimated supplier delivery date in case of customer backlogs
  • Support Logistics claims process in the event of vendor delivery shortages or damages
  • Continuous work with cross functions for supply planning process improvement
  • Vendor Service Level, Vendor Backlogs, Vendor Lead time and Min Purchase Quantity
  • Supply Chain Cost Inbound
  • Vendor Reliable Delivery Dates
  • Perform master data and planning parameters maintenance in SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and inventory planning system for responsible planning assortment Stock Keeping Units (SKUs)

  • Advance MS Excel competencies e.g. able to perform advance analytical with high amount of data and tables
  • Power BI or Tableu expertise will be an added advantage
  • Experiences working with Problem Solving Skills (8D) will be recommended
  • Degree or equivalent professional qualifications in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Operational Management
  • 5 years working experience in inventory supply planning in automotive aftermarket (parts business) or FMTG
  • Knowledge and experience in demand planning will be an added advantage
