Programme Overview

Systematically develop your leadership and decision-making skills through involvement in projects as well as in day-to-day business

Involves individual development through stages in various functions, locations and sectors in the UK and abroad

Gain international experience. An assignment abroad is mandatory to fulfil the programme’s aims

Help design the programme in line with your own individual interests – so you have a hand in shaping your future

Requirements

University degree with 2:1 or equivalent in relevant discipline, Masters preferred

2-5 years relevant experience in your field

An entrepreneurial mindset and leadership potential

Adaptability

Initiative and a high level of commitment

Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills

Open to rotation opportunities

Experience of working in multi-cultural environments beneficial

Other language skills desirable but not essential (support can be provided)
